Order & Shipping Policies

PAYMENT METHODS: We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover card payments processed through PayPal.

NOTE: PayPal account is NOT required for buyers who choose to pay with a credit card. In addition to all major credit cards, we also accept instant bank transfers, existing funds, and echeck payments from PayPal account holders.

NOTE: Orders paid for via eCheck will be held until we receive notification from PayPal that funds have cleared. Usually takes 4-10 days to clear.

SHIPPING: We currently only ship to the US and use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail for expedited shipping and First Class Parcel Mail for standard shipping. When you place an order, you will be sent email verification that your order went through. Then again once your order has shipped we will email you again with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Shipping cost is calculated by weight and distance plus a small handling charge of $2.00. We ship from Hawthone, NJ. The shipping cost is calculated at the time of checkout.

Please allow 1 to 3 days processing time. We do our best to get your package prepared and shipped out as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours of payment notification. However, we do have days with a very high volume of orders during special holidays. Therefore, please allow up to 10 days for delivery of standard shipping during Christmas season. Majority of our products are handcrafted in small batches, not mass produced in a factory. Your patience will be well rewarded!

Some monitors may display these colors differently, therefore we cannot guarantee that these colors will show true on all monitors used to view them. We will not be held liable for misrepresentation of colors should your perception of their color differ from ours. Our products are produced at the same high quality labs in California that many Spas world wide use, they are naturally based products with little or no preservatives. We provide directions for use of products and we are not responsible for misuse of products or any for any allergic reaction that may arise from their use. We recommend you consult with your physician for any possible sensitivities to ingredients, before purchasing any products.

Return Policy: Your business & satisfaction is extremely important to us! We double check your order for accuracy and we carefully wrap and pack everything to ensure safe transit. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please let us know within SEVEN days of your package receipt. We will be more then happy to correct the problem immediately. For hygiene purposes, we regret that we are unable to accept returns on brushes and cosmetics unless there was an error on our part. We encourage you to sample our products first in order to find the correct shades or the appropriate formulas that are best for you and your skin. Please take advantage of our inexpensive samples before purchasing our full-sized products. Our Mineral Make-Up products contain natural ingredients, which may cause slight color and shade variations without affecting product quality. SpaGlo Mineral accepts the slight color variance inherent in most natural ingredients.

We will accept returns but if the return is through no fault of ours you will be responcible for the return shipping and we will charge a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. If the return is due to shipping damage or mistake on our part we will send you a prepaid shipping label and replace the item at no charge.
