This is a special base-coat designed to smooth out the nail surface, prevent nail color from staining nails, and keep color nail polish on nails 4 to 7 days longer than regular base-coats. It provides a slightly sticky, matte finish that helps nail polish stick to it better preventing chips and tip wear. Net Wt 0.5oz.
