Purchasing Information:

It is recommended to reserve your SPArty event a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks in advance. Prime bridal and holiday seasons may require additional notice. Additional rush fees may apply.

A SPArty is like a "spa wonderland" created especially for you and your guests. To enter, you purchase "tickets" for your individual service or event. You can purchase SPArty "tickets" at any time for any package or service. Then redeem them at a later time, when you or your group is ready to SPArty. We do not have a per person minimum for each event but instead apply a time limit or dollar limit per location. This allows us to accommodate large and small budgets alike.

SERVICE LOCATIONS:
SPArties services all of Southern Florida, & New Jersey, Plus Portions of New York City, Philadelphia & Southern Connecticut areas. We are also available for events nationwide, for additional travel fees. SPArties also has partners able to service major cities across the US so ask us about our availability in your area.

EVENT HOURS:
- SPArties has three sessions for you to choose from:
    Morning: 9am -12pm 
    Afternoon: 2pm- 5pm
    Evening: 7pm-10pm

- SPArties Events can be booked for Monday through Saturday with Sunday only by special request. 

- For Groups over 25 Guests, Corporate Events or Per Hour Services, event times are available at your request.

SERVICE RESTRICTIONS:
- SPArties minimum age requirement is 16 years old with a signed parental consent form. Children 16 years of age or younger may only participate in adult SPArties if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also having services.

- Pregnant women in their first trimester and guests currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments can not have a full body massage. 

- Any person with a serious/chronic medical condition and pregnant women, at ANY stage in the pregnancy, MUST submit a permission letter from their current medical practitioner allowing them to have SPArties Services. 

- Please advise SPArties of ANY chronic medical condition in advance of your event and supply the appropriate permission statement. Those who fail to do so, will be denied services on the spot.

- There is a 2 hour minimum for SPArties to come out to each location.
You can purchase any of our services, tickets, or gift packages individually, and each of the recipients can schedule their services together on the same day, in the same location, in order to meet the 2 hour minimum per location.

- You can purchase a SPArty ticket or services at any advance time to apply towards future use; however, availability for a specific date or time is on a first come first serve basis. Reservations & tickets must be purchased in advance and we recommend a minimum of 6-8 weeks notice with a contract; however, as with any other entertainment service, for prime holiday & bridal seasons, we suggest several months in advance in order to ensure our availability. Please contact us at any time for availability, as we may be able to accommodate you on short notice; however, additional rush fees may apply.

- Manicures & Pedicures are ILLEGAL on a mobile basis. They can NOT be provided outside of a stationary spa/salon. In compliance with various state regulations, not all services are available in every location: It is illegal to perform Manicures/Pedicures (considered cosmetology) and certain facials outside of a stationary salon/spa. In compliance with the state laws (FL & NJ in particular, in which it IS illegal) and to maintain our high-quality standards, as well as for our customers' safety, SPArties does NOT perform those particular services. Reservation, Payment & Cancellation Policy: 

SPArties is a hospitality service that comes to you; therefore, it must be purchased in advance. A non-refundable deposit and credit card to keep on record is required to reserve all dates/times, insure any incidentals, draft your contract, and begin the SPArty Setup planning process, regardless of your final payment method (including cash, check or certified check). Balance, in full, is due in advance of your event and is automatically charged to the credit card on record, unless other payment options are agreed upon in writing. Once reserved, SPArties may not be cancelled, but are transferable more than 30 days out, with no penalties. Within 30 days of your event, penalties apply for any changes in dates or services.  

Please Note: Nothing may be “held” without adhering to the following deposit and payment guidelines for each pricing option: 

Per Tech/Per Hour: 
To reserve any date and time for just a technician(s) a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required per tech. This holds JUST a technician for your date and time, and does NOT include an entire spa party nor anything in the Complete SPArty Setup. SPArties can NOT guarantee any spa parties or Complete SPArty Setup material if it is not reserved in advance according to the policies for those packages.

Simple Service Gift Ideas: 
Simple Services Gift Idea tickets must be purchased in full, in advance. The recipient contacts SPArties to reserve their date and time. Any service cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged an additional cancellation fee to the gift recipient.

SPArties by the Person:
(There is a $1000 minimum on all Complete SPArty Setup Events. If the $1000 minimum is not met, your event will be downgraded to simply include the services and merchandise you purchased, but not the Complete SPArty Setup.)

Buy Now/SPArty Later: 
Individual tickets may be purchased at any time, by any guest, for any future use.
 
To reserve a specific date or time: 
A $600 non-refundable deposit, or combined total in ticket purchases of at least $600, is required, in which that amount will be applied towards your event. This holds only the date and ONE technician for a maximum of 4 service hours. ALL tickets must be purchased in advance to ensure any additional services & technicians. Services not purchased/reserved in advance will not be guaranteed for the date of the event. The policy is the same as purchasing a theater ticket; you are reserving your "SPArty seat." Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable. A contract will be drafted in one person or organization’s name who will act as the hostess. Each additional guest may add on to the contract as they purchase their tickets. Final headcount and ticket purchases are due a minimum of 30 days prior to event. Tickets or services purchased within 30 days of the event are subject to additional rush fees. 

SPArties for Groups or Customized Events:

- A contract will be drafted in one person or organization’s name. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve the SPArty date and time. SPArties policy is the same as others in the hospitality industry (Hotel, caterer, florist, dj or any other service) NOT like going to a spa. Final payment, plus any additional headcount and/or services, will be due 14 days in advance of the schedule event.

- SPArty deposits, packages and services are non-refundable, but are transferable and may be rescheduled, free of charge, up to 30 days prior to your scheduled event. Within 30 days of your scheduled event, you may reschedule the date or service for a fee dependant on your contracted SPArty. 

- While we do our best to accommodate you, SPArties can not guarantee that additional staff or services above and beyond what is required for the ticket that you have originally reserved, will be available for your event if you do not secure them in advance; including any additions that you may add on your final headcount date. 

- SPArties accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and bank debit cards.

 - A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks and the final outstanding payment will then be charged to the credit card on record. 

- Final payment of SPArty tickets, packages, a la carte services, or unreturned SPArty items or property becomes the responsibility of the hostess for any guest who does not provide payment or credit card information.
